Fundathon charges a small platform fee per supporter purchase to cover hosting and payment processing. The exact fee is shown at checkout — no surprises.
Funds settle to your linked bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule — usually within 2 business days of each supporter purchase.
Donations are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, fraudulent activity, or technical errors. Before payout, refund requests should be directed to the fundraiser organiser; after payout, refunds are the responsibility of the fundraiser organiser. Full details in our Refund Policy.
The fundraiser still keeps the funds raised from the spots that did sell. Any reward distribution is determined by the rules the fundraiser set when creating the board.
No. Fundathon is a fundraising platform and not a gambling platform. Any rewards, raffles, competitions, or prize-based activities must comply with applicable laws and regulations. Fundraisers are solely responsible for ensuring their campaigns comply with applicable fundraising, raffle, gaming, tax, and consumer laws.
Fundathon reserves the right to investigate campaigns and suspend accounts or payouts where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected. Payments are processed securely through Stripe with industry-standard encryption, and Fundathon does not store full card details.
The Fundathon app is currently available for iPhone (iOS 18+). An Android version is on the roadmap.
