This Privacy Policy explains how Fundathon, operated by Wallace In Wonderland Pty Ltd ("we", "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you use our app and website.

1. Information we collect

• Account info: name, email, and (for Fundraisers) bank account details verified by Stripe.
• Board info: the title, purpose, size, price, and reward of any board you create.
• Supporter info: the name and number(s) you select when you back a board.
• Payment info: processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Device & usage: device model, OS version, app version, and anonymised crash/usage logs.

2. How we use it

• To operate the Service — process payments, sync live boards, send receipts.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To improve product quality (using aggregated, non-identifying data).
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Who we share with

• Stripe — to process payments and payouts.
• Supabase — for hosted database and realtime sync.
• Fundraisers — supporters' display names and chosen numbers are visible on the live board.
• We do not sell your personal data.

4. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account exists and as required by applicable Australian tax and financial-record laws. You can request deletion at any time.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@fundathon.com.au to exercise them.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. Fundathon does not store full card details.

7. Children

Fundathon is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be flagged in-app or via email.
