Refund Policy

Donations made through Fundathon are generally non-refundable. Once you back a fundraiser, your contribution is committed to that cause.
When refunds may be considered
We may review refund requests in cases involving:
- duplicate transactions
- fraudulent activity
- technical errors
Before fundraiser payout expiry
Refund requests should first be directed to the fundraiser organiser. The organiser has the most context about their campaign and is best placed to assist.
After payout expiry
Once funds have been paid out, refunds become the responsibility of the fundraiser organiser. Fundathon cannot recover funds that have already settled to a fundraiser's bank account.
Fraud and chargebacks
If you believe a transaction was fraudulent or that a campaign is misleading, contact us immediately. Fundathon reserves the right to investigate and, where appropriate, reverse transactions or suspend accounts.
How to request a refund
For assistance, contact support@fundathon.com.au with the board code, transaction date, and a brief description. We aim to respond within one business day.
